ITIL Digital Leader and Strategy. ❤️❤️❤️📚✏️🧑‍🎓

I had fun 🎢 learning the ITIL Digital Leader course, It was a 3-day course, got to be refreshed by ITIL guiding principles, VUCA, and PESTLE, Four dimensions :).

Here are my key learnings:

  1. Strategic Digital Planning: Learn how to create smart plans for using digital technology to improve the company. (Communication is key) 📆📆📆🚰🚼

  2. Adapting to Change: Understand how to use new technology trends to make the company better and keep up with changes. (which is hard to do and convince peers and stakeholders) 🔞🔞☢️☢️

  3. Leadership Skills: Develop skills to lead your team in making smart digital changes that benefit the company.👑👑👑

  4. Collaboration: Work well with different teams to make sure everyone is working together towards the same goals.

  5. Customer-Centric Approach: Always think about what customers want and need when making digital decisions. (fun to learn new approach)

  6. Managing Risks: Learn how to deal with problems that might come up when using new technology. (which I have been doing in Hybrid Cloud)🧱🧱🔗

  7. Certification: When you finish the course, you’ll get a special certification to show you’re great at leading digital changes in the company.

The course goal is to become a digital superhero🦸‍♂️🦸🦸 who uses technology to make the company awesome!
