Reviving My 2012 MacBook Pro with Arch Linux

Determined to breathe new life into my aging MacBook Pro from 2012, I embarked on a mission to revitalize this classic piece of hardware – one of the last non-soldered Apple devices. My goal was to add a lightweight graphical user interface (GUI) to my Arch Linux installation, providing my MacBook Pro with a user-friendly interface to complement its newfound capabilities. SFP, GPON, OpenWRT and Home Network

OMG! It’s September!!!!, Wake me up when September ends… Haha. Okay, the Home network affects our daily WFH connection, I was thinking about upgrading some of my home devices, for security and fast connectivity (MS Teams meeting and the word “sorry got disconnected” )😇. Sometimes thinking about upgrades provides action results 🤔😍 and a little bit of wallet burn. 💰🏧 So I look around and learn again about gigabit connections and stuff.
